Over the decades, Kasthall has created rugs for both private homes and public spaces. Craftsmanship and design culture have live side by side with the precision and exactness of industrial production — forming a kind of memory embedded within each rug. In Autumn 2026, Kasthall will introduce the Kasthall Archive Collection, composed of rugs that retain their design value and possess a quality that allows them to enter a new, extended lifecycle.
Kasthall Archive will also present unique pieces by designers, as well as rugs produced in limited editions — works that are part of Kasthall’s design archives, memories from past decades, experiments, or treasures from smaller series.
With their knowledge of the materials and expertise in technics, Kasthall’s artisans and design professionals are able to ensure the authenticity of each design and assess the condition of every rug, thereby defining its value — where the patina of time, lived experiences, and the passage of years become integral to its beauty and to a more conscious approach to consumption. Kasthall Archive is a collection that speaks simultaneously of the importance of tradition and of the enduring value of quality and design — past, present, and future.
